The part-time solution is the most popular, and it suits businesses in growth mode who have grown too large for their current financial team and need someone who can add a strategic and commercial element on top of the accounting and regulatory work that already happens. Ideally this is a CFO with a wealth of experience in areas the business will soon (or already are) venturing into. These include mergers and acquisitions, debt restructuring, capital raising, IPO (or getting transaction ready), strategic and business planning, risk management, cash flow optimisation, business intelligence or IFRS reporting to name a few.

Our project solutions suit businesses who need our CFO skillset for a fixed period and fixed result e.g. conducting an acquisition, restructuring debt with your bank, implementing a new ERP. etc. Usually there will be a CFO already in place and they need a peer to help out for a period of time with a project such as these, to either run the project under their guidance or so they can run the project themselves and we backfill their day job.

Interim CFO solutions suit businesses who have a CFO depart suddenly. We can come into the business, hit the ground running and provide expert advice and financial support to all areas of the business to give you time to source the perfect new full time CFO. Once sourced we can then assist with the transition ensuring the new CFO is up to speed as quickly as possible.
